Registration process

By registering for the EIT Health Summit, you confirm your intention to attend the event. Once your registration has been completed, the applicable participation fee must be paid in full via the event platform.
- Cancellation by a participant
If you are unable to attend the EIT Health Summit, you may cancel your registration at any time.
All cancellations must be submitted by email to eithealthsummit@eithealth.eu and must include your first name, surname, email address and telephone number. Please ensure that the name and email address provided correspond to the details used for your Summit registration.
The following cancellation and refund conditions apply:
- Cancellation on or before 30 September 2026 at 12:00 noon:75% of the participation fee paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation after 30 September 2026 at 12:00 noon and on or before 30 October 2026 at 12:00 noon:50% of the participation fee paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation after 30 October 2026 at 12:00 noon:No refund will be provided.
The participant may provide evidence that EIT Health incurred lower costs in connection with the participant's registration than the amount retained. In such circumstances, or where there are other valid reasons supporting a higher refund, the participant may request an adjustment of the refund amount.
- Cancellation by EIT Health
EIT Health reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify the EIT Health Summit, including the date, venue, programme or individual sessions, where this is reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond EIT Health's reasonable control.
In the event that EIT Health cancels the Summit in its entirety, participants will be entitled to a refund of the participation fee paid.
Where the Summit is postponed, the registration may, at EIT Health's discretion, be transferred to the rescheduled event. Participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled event may request a refund of the participation fee paid.
EIT Health will communicate any cancellation or postponement to registered participants as soon as reasonably practicable.
EIT Health shall not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by participants in connection with the cancellation, postponement or modification of the Summit, including travel, accommodation or other related expenses, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Changes to the Programme
EIT Health reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, schedule, venue or other organisational arrangements where necessary.
Such changes will not, in themselves, give rise to a right to a refund, provided that the Summit continues to take place substantially as planned.
- Refunds Process
Where a refund is due under these terms and conditions, it will be processed using the payment method originally used for the registration, unless otherwise agreed with EIT Health.
Any applicable processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund were permitted by applicable law.
- Applicable Law
The contract between EIT Health and the participant shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to mandatory provisions of international private law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
