Larisa Aragon Castro, Patient and Public Involvement Expert in the National Data Stream (NDS) Consortia and Swiss Personalised Health Network (SPHN), Switzerland. 

Larisa has more than  20 years’ experience in cultural transformation and change management alongside coaching senior leadership teams in the diagnostics and pharmaceutical industry. 

She plays an active role in the patient healthcare arena, holding several influential positions such as her role as Board Member of the European Patients’ Academy on Therapeutic Innovation , patient advisor at the University Hospital in Bern and Public and Patient Expert in the Swiss National Science Foundation.  

Larisa collaborates on an international level with the European Medicines Agency and with the Initiated Investigator Clinical Trials Programme.
